Aftercare

• It’s advised to clean your jewellery regularly. You may wish to use warm water, a gentle soap and a very soft toothbrush, then pat dry. Or a quality jewellery cleanser that can be used next to the skin.

• If you're active in the gym or exposed to chlorine or sea salt frequently, consider cleaning your jewelry more often to prevent dirt buildup. Avoid harsh chemicals.

• Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time and loses its shine, so use a polishing cloth to restore its shine and remove any dark spots.

• Remember that even permanent jewellery can break, so handle with care, especially delicate chains which are more fragile.

•We do not guarantee a lifetime weld. But we understand things happen, so if your jewellery becomes undone at the weld, you will receive a free reweld.

•If your jewellery is lost or snagged, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. •If your jewellery needs to be removed for medical reasons such as surgery or an MRI, please let us know and we will advise on how to remove carefully and provide a free re-weld when required.
