At Welded By Antonella we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original packaging must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at weldedbyantonella@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return and provide reason for return.

3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
